Me and my family members have been getting work done by santiam for years. Just recently I had some more work done on my heating system with my air bnb. They scheduled for a day and showed up 2 days late. I tried calling and and didn't really get an answer. It seems that I found out they are owned by some new owners. I have never had an issue like this before. Seems maybe something is going on since the new owners have been there. Might try another heating company next.

This company was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY helpful in getting me set up with the right system. From the initial sales consultation with Patrick, to their office staff, to the amazing job by the technicians Dan, Ethan and Jim. All their staff are so friendly and provide great, helpful explanations about AC issues I never knew about. A DEFINITE added bonus is they are easily the best priced out of all the heating and cooling companies in the Willamette Valley I received bids from. I would STRONGLY suggest you look no further for heating and cooling needs then Santiam Heating, they are hands down the best in the area and I look forward to working with them for years. My entire experience was probably the best customer service I have EVER had in the 20 years I have owned my home.
